Delivery cost

We offer free standard delivery for all orders paid in full online. This includes our Buy Now Pay Later service.

For Cash on Delivery and Express delivery methods delivery cost is #5000 (Lagos #3000).

When should I expect my order to arrive?

Delivery times are stated on products listing as well as on the checkout page. Your order delivery time depends on the delivery & payment  method you choose

It’s important to note that delivery time starts after the product leaves our warehouse/fulfilment centers. Your order usually leaves the warehouse within 1 business day, this time is required for engineers to run complete tests on your laptop and for the delivery to be processed. For Buy Now Now Pay Later payments please give us one extra day.

What happens when I’m not at home?

We will deliver to a representative you provide or reschedule the delivery. For Cash on delivery orders items will be returned to our fulfilment centres after 3 attempts.

How to cancel my order?

You can cancel easily directly from your dashboard if you have a registered account with us OR simply contact us before the order leaves our fulfilment centers. How to change my delivery address?

If you have a registered account Samsteck easily log in to you account and go to my orders and change the delivery details on your order OR contact us via email: support@samstecks.com or Facebook & Instagram @samstecks
