Same day delivery is currently unavailable at the moment. Why? because it’s part of  our process to re-check  items before sending them out. we also  take 1 business day to process delivery.

Simply login into your My account dashboard and request a refund. If you don’t have a registered acount, you can reach out to us via email support@samstecks.com or on Whatsapp – 08154160153 (Texts Only).

Please note: We only offer refunds for cancelled orders. Order must be cancelled within 1 business day of placing your order.

Refunds will be paid back into your account in the same way you paid. Payment processing charges will be deducted.

On the login page, simply click reset password and follow through with the process. Ideally a password reset link will be sent to your email
