What is covered by limited warranty?
This Limited Warranty warrants to the original buyer of the product (as documented by a valid proof of purchase – e.g receipt or invoice) that the product shall be free from defects (without issues) under normal use for 90 days after the delivery date. This warranty is limited to repairs and replacement of bad components.
How long does the cover last?
Our warranty last for 90 days (3 months), starting from the date the product was delivered to you.
What is not covered by warranty?
This Limited warranty is excluded in the following cases:
- Product that is oxidized ( damages caused by liquid e.g water)
- Damage or failure arising out of an accident
- Damage or failures arising out of a misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, improper voltage supply.
- One or several components of the product were manipulated by the buyer or a third party not authorized by us
- Loss exceeding the original value or replacement value (whichever is less) of the product
- Damage or failure arising out of interference from or with other electronic devices, alteration, firmware flashing, bios flashing.
- Delivery costs outside of the 7 days free returns policy
- Consumable parts of the laptop: screen, keyboard and battery.
We offer a over 70% battery life guarantee, which means your laptops battery will function as close to new as possible. Your laptop will come installed with a software you can check your laptop battery health with. If its under 70% percent please notify within 7 days of delivery.
Any product return to us that is not covered by warranty may be rejected or returned at your cost.
