Return policy

At samsteck, we believe in that good ol’ saying: when life gives you lemons (or buyer’s remorse), get a return or a refund. 

7 days to change your mind

Once you receive your order you have 7 days to return the item to your us. All you have to do is reach out. 

Just a few important things to go over:

  • If you receive the wrong order, get a defective item, or have missing accessories you can ship your item back for free
  • If you believe your item was damaged during transit, please let your seller know within 1 business days so they can contact the shipping carrier before the carrier’s cut-off period . pls if its someone else receiving for you ensure the person opens and confirm there is not damage in transit

 

How to return your order

  1. Contact us by clicking HERE
  2. Prepare the item for delivery. Please make sure it is safely packed with protection to prevent damages during delivery.

 

Exchanges

if you find out the laptop you ordered is not right for you or does not serve its purpose, you can return it for an exchange to another item within 7 days. We won’t charge you any extra fees for restocking. You will be required to cover delivery cost for the exchange process. 

 

Warranty

Sometimes issues only appear after prolonged use, which is why we provide you with a 90-day warranty. The warranty starts on the date of purchase and covers hardware defects.

The warranty doesn’t apply to wear and tear from normal use (including a decrease in battery capacity), significant impact damage, or oxidation. Oxidation means getting your device wet, by the way. The warranty will also no longer be valid if your item is repaired or tinkered with by anyone other than the our engineers so if you come across any issues, reach out to us first!

 

Other things to keep in mind when returning your order

Don’t forget to remove all personal data and to factory reset the item before returning it. And of course, remove your SIM card and make sure you include all the accessories that came with the item (e.g. the charger, any cords, etc.) before securely packaging everything to send back.
